Returns, refunds and cancellations
I don't accept returns due to the nature of the product in that it is perishable but if you are unsatisfied with my product for any reason please contact me as soon as you receive your items.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, USPS staff shortages, natural disasters or inclimate weather. Once your package/s is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for your package and delivering it on time.
I do accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. An order cannot be canceled once it ships.
Sales tax
Any applicable sales tax is automatically collected at the time of checkout and will reflect this fee on your transaction receipt.
Shipping carrier
United States Postal Service (otherwise known as USPS).
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are collected at the time of checkout and vary depending on what size shipping container is used (priority flat rate small, medium or large) which also depends on the overall size of your order. Shipping overages will be refunded to you after your order has been processed.
Address change
If you need to change your shipping address please contact me prior to your ship date. Once an order ships I cannot change your shipping address.
Processing time
The amount of time I need to process your order is 1-3 business days. This time frame depends on the day you place your order, the size of your order and current volume.
Shipping days
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday except when a holiday/observance lands on a Monday and if you have 3 day shipping. In this case your order will ship on Tuesday. This ensures your order arrives fresh and does not sit over the weekend at a postal facility for 2 additional days.
Delivery
Your order will take 1-4 days to deliver depending on your location.
How your personal information is stored and transmitted
When you make a purchase at Keto Me Pink, your payment is processed through either PayPal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you choose. You can view their privacy policies at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full

Keto Me Pink does not have access to your payment method. Keto Me Pink does have access to your address, email and/or phone number for the sole purpose of shipping your order to you and to communicate with you about your order.
