Returns, refunds and cancellations
I don't accept returns due to the nature of the product, and that it is perishable, but if you are unsatisfied with my product for any reason, please contact me as soon as you receive your items.
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, late deliveries, UPS or USPS staff shortages, natural disasters or inclimate weather. Once your package is in the hands of UPS or USPS, they are responsible for your package and delivering it to you on time.
I do accept cancellations within 6 hours of purchase. An order cannot be cancelled once it ships.
Sales tax
Any applicable sales tax is automatically collected at the time of checkout and will reflect this fee on your transaction receipt.

Shipping fees
Shipping fees are collected at the time of checkout and varies on how many items are ordered and the shipping method chosen (1-4 day, 2 day, next day, free local shipping).
Overages
Shipping overages will be refunded back to you, if there are any, after your order has been processed.
Address change
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible, prior to your ship date. Once an order ships, I cannot change your shipping address or issue a refund so please make sure the address listed is where you want your package to go.
Processing time
The amount of time I need to process your order is 1-3 business days. This time frame depends on the day you place your order, the size of your order and current volume.
Notifications
Please feel free to send me a message along with your order of anything you would like me to know regarding your order, such as "ship Monday", "need in two weeks", "ship after the holiday" or "please use UPS" and I will do my best to honor your request. You will receive an email after placing your order, notifying you that I have received your message and if I'm able to ship your order as requested, confirming your shipping date. If you don't request a shipping date, one will be provided. If the shipping date does not work for you, please reply to the email as instructed to request a different date, otherwise your package will ship out on the date provided to you assuming that you would like your order to arrive as soon as possible. Another email will go out to you as soon as your package ships with a tracking number to help you track your package.

Your order will take 1-4 business days to deliver, depending on what shipping method you choose and the location of delivery.
How your personal information is stored and transmitted
When you make a purchase at Keto Me Pink, your payment is processed through either PayPal or Stripe, depending on which payment method you choose. You can view their privacy policies at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/privacy-full

Keto Me Pink does not have access to your payment method. Keto Me Pink does have access to your address, email and/or phone number for the sole purpose of shipping your order to you and to communicate with you about your order.
